Cette étude s’intéresse a posteriori à la gestion de l’épidémie par le droit allemand. La lutte contre l’épidémie a ainsi contraint l’Allemagne, à l’instar de la France, à l’ajustement de la réglementation en vigueur, à la recherche d’un équilibre entre atteintes aux droits et libertés fondamentaux et l’objectif de protection de la santé publique, tout en développant une politique de vaccination. The public health emergency caused by the covid-19 pandemic turned out to be an unprecedented challenge for all countries worldwide during almost three years. This study makes a posterior assessment of the management of the epidemic by the German law.
