Fondée sur des récits biographiques, elle retrace leurs trajectoires dans le champ cinématographique, depuis la découverte du cinéma et les parcours de formation jusqu’à leur insertion dans le milieu professionnel. L’article propose également une réflexion sur la notion de « carrière » dans le contexte tunisien. Les crises politiques qui ont marqué la période postérieure à 2011, ainsi que la crise sanitaire amorcée en 2020, ont profondément affecté et continuent de reconfigurer le secteur cinématographique. À partir de l’analyse de trente récits biographiques recueillis entre 2021 et 2022, il examine les stratégies déployées par les enquêté·es pour construire et maintenir une carrière dans un secteur caractérisé par une faible structuration institutionnelle. Cette analyse permet également de mettre en lumière les transformations en cours au sein de ce champ professionnel. Par ailleurs, l’étude des expériences relatées par les enquêté·es révèle la complexité de leurs représentations et de leurs pratiques du travail collectif, dimension constitutive de la pratique cinématographique. Enfin, une attention particulière est portée à la dimension du genre afin de mieux saisir les recompositions contemporaines du « monde du cinéma tunisien » et les dynamiques sociales qui le traversent. This article expounds upon the primary conclusions of a survey conducted among a total of thirty Tunisian technicians and creators, ranging in the age of 25 and 35, working in the film industry. Based on biographical narratives, it retraces their career paths within the cinematic field. It looks at how they discovered cinema, educational pathways and how they ended up integrating the professional environment. The article proposes an examination of the notion of “career” in the Tunisian context. The political crises that occurred after 2011, as well as the health crisis that began in 2020, have had a profound effect on the Tunisian film sector and continue to reshape it. Drawing on an analysis of thirty biographical interviews conducted between 2021 and 2022, this study examines the strategies employed by the respondents to build and sustain a career in a sector characterized by a lack of institutional structuring. This analysis also sheds light on the ongoing changes in this professional field. Furthermore, the study of the experiences reported by the participants reveals the complexity of their perceptions and approaches to collective work, which is a fundamental aspect of cinematic practice.
