This article discusses the governing tactics of the Biden administration in light of its record three months after Biden’s inauguration. Considering the extent of polarization in the 117th Congress, the 46th President has a limited leeway. The Obama “post-partisan” precedent illustrated the limits of reaching across the aisle.
