Tentons d’appréhender son opacité suivant trois angles : les ressorts de l’instabilité référentielle, qui initie à une confusion des règnes où l’humain cherche sa place ; un dialogue crypté avec d’autres artistes, d’autres textes, jusqu’aux mythes et légendes qui irriguent la modernité ; la promotion de l’orphisme, réinvention du lyrisme comme acte de conception. Libéré de sa charge symbolique, l’arbre se fait performance poétique, dont les « mirages » expriment une certaine inquiétude à l’heure des grandes mutations esthétiques. The poem Arbre, an emblem of Apollinaire’s poetic modernity, poses a hermeneutic challenge through its formal discontinuity, its enunciative diffraction and the lability of its representation. Let’s look at its opacity from three angles: the forces of referential instability, leading to a confusion of kingdoms in which humans seek their place; a cryptic dialogue with other artists, other texts, even myths and legends that inform modernity; the promotion of Orphism, the reinvention of lyricism as an act of conception. Freed of its symbolic charge, the tree becomes a poetic performance, whose "mirages" express a certain anxiety at a time of great aesthetic change. Das Gedicht Arbre, ein Emblem von Apollinaires poetischer Modernität, stellt aufgrund seiner formalen Diskontinuität, seiner enonciativen Diffraktion und der Labilität seiner Darstellung eine hermeneutische Herausforderung dar. Versuchen wir, seine Opazität aus drei Blickwinkeln zu erfassen: die Triebfedern der referentiellen Instabilität, die zu einer Verwirrung der Reiche führt, in der der Mensch seinen Platz sucht; ein kryptischer Dialog mit anderen Künstlern, anderen Texten, bis hin zu Mythen und Legenden, die die Modernität durchdringen; die Förderung des Orphismus, eine Neuerfindung der Lyrik als Gestaltungsakt.
