Je tente ici d’exposer une recherche-création interrogeant nos représentations du vivant, d’établir des liens entre goût et sol à partir du concept de bactério-terroir, de penser la fermentation comme récit contemporain de la nature. At the border of art, design and science, fermentation points the importance of the recognition of a non-human culture, a decolonization of our perspectives and a reconfiguration of the relationship between nature and culture.
