L’un des principaux versants de sa première production littéraire est l’humanisme, au sein duquel lequel il démontre son adhésion aux idées qui circulaient dans l’Europe de Joseph‑Juste Scaliger, Isaac Casaubon, Justus Lipsius ou Caesar Baronius. C’est à la lumière de ces philosophies humanistes que sont analysés, notamment, les Sueños de Quevedo. This article proposes to analyze the humanist intellectual environment in which the figure of Francisco de Quevedo emerged, who began his literary career at the beginning of the seventeenth century. One of the main aspects of his first literary production was humanism, in which he demonstrated his adherence to the ideas that circulated in Europe by Joseph‑Juste Scaliger, Isaac Casaubon, Justus Lipsius and Caesar Baronius. It is in the light of these humanist philosophies that Quevedo’s Sueños are analyzed.
