About the journal 

Presenting texts in Indian languages, in the shape of a new critical edition, or reproduced from a reference edition, provided with explanatory notes that cover grammar, vocabulary, and historical and cultural context, a French translation, and an analysis, Agastya aims at facilitating an easy reading of original texts, for different kinds of readers: beginners in the study of the relevant language, but already mastering its basic grammar, advanced students eager to practice reading, researchers of other disciplines who wish to access the original sources.
